The FairBreak Invitational is a Women’s Twenty20 (T20) cricket tournament approved by the International Cricket Council (ICC). It is privately organized by FairBreak Global with the aim of reducing the differences in pay, playing standards, and opportunities between male and female cricket players. The 2023 edition of the tournament, which has announced its fixtures and ticket sales, is scheduled to take place in Hong Kong.
Although the inaugural edition of the tournament was supposed to be held in Hong Kong last year, it was relocated to Dubai due to Covid-related restrictions. Despite the change of venue, the tournament had a successful launch. The second edition of the tournament will now return to Hong Kong, it’s the original home and is scheduled to take place from April 3 to April 16.
